This Privacy Policy supplements the information in the general Privacy Policy of Rescue Buyers and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in California (“consumers” or “you”). We provide this notice to comply with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and inform you of your rights under California law. Terms defined in the CCPA hold the same meaning in this policy.

You may submit requests on your own behalf or through an authorized agent. You do not need an account to exercise your rights. Please provide enough information for us to verify your identity, such as your first and last name, email address, and phone number. We will only use personal data provided in your request for verification purposes.


Response Time and Format

We aim to respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days. If we need more time, we will notify you of the reason for the extension. Our response will cover the 12-month period preceding your request, and any information provided will be in a portable format that is readily usable.

There is no charge to process your request unless it is excessive or unfounded. In such cases, we will provide a cost estimate before proceeding.


Personal Information Sales Opt-Out and Opt-In Rights

If you are 16 years or older, you have the right to request that we do not sell your personal information. We do not sell the personal information of individuals under 16 without affirmative consent.
